In Batman Rise of Sin Tzu, there's an enemy that ONLY does the bearhug: he squeezes twice then throws Batman down.
The game is also available on Gameboy Advance, Gamecube and X-Box
A good shortcut:
on challenge mode, choose beat the thugs, pick arena 3 that has 60 thugs, and fight them all the way down to 11 because thats where you can face the bearhugging thug 1-on-1 with no other thug around.
In the video, Batgirl is selected as the main character but you can select Batman or Robin instead. The bearhug is near 1:50
