The bearhug takes place within the last few min. of the episode.

While trying to repo a man’s truck, the owner approaches them with an axe... at night... on the beach.

Before things get out of hand, Froy grabs the guy from behind in a full-body bearhug and wrestles him to the ground so Louis [Pizarro] can grab the axe out of the man’s hands.
