Episode name:
New Age Dawning

Description:
One of Batman’s greatest enemies, R’as Al Ghul, gets his back crushed in the grip of Spidey’s biggest foe, Wilson Fisk aka the Kingpin, in his signature bearhug move.

Plot:
The Kingpin’s wife lies deathly ill and Ra’s al Ghul offers a solution: The ailing Mrs. Fisk can bathe in the Lazarus Pit and be restored, but only if the Kingpin helps Ra’s kill off 99.5% of the world’s population. Only the Dark Knight and the Wall-crawler have any hope of thwarting the uneasy alliance in this globe-spanning adventure.

This is the second team-up of these two icons. The first was in 1995 with ”Spider-Man and Batman”, where the Joker and Carnage join their psychotic behaviours.
