Episode name:
The Ultimate Slayer

Description:
Spider-man gets Bearhugged twice in this episode by the Ultimate Spider-Slayer, a cyborg-transformed Alistair Smythe! Both are animated okay, but not perfectly.
The editing has also caused a brief mid-bearhug shot to be placed before the bearhug actually takes place too.

Ultimate Spider-Slayer (at end of commercial) is squeezing and crushing Spider-man.

BOTH:
Link 1 - 0:44 and 1:50 (Spider-Man Bearhug collection)

Plot:
Kingpin changes Smythe into a Cyborg human Ultimate Slayer to finally destroy Spider-Man, who not only has to sort out why his enemies are after him but also has to deal with Mary-Janes engagement to Harry Osborn.
