Better do this while lying on the ground/mattress/mats. Both wrestlers should be sitting down. The wrestler positions himself behind the victim. He wraps his legs around the opponent's torso, puts his arms underneath the victim's arms and reaches for the victim's back of the neck (with both arms). The full nelson pressure is applied forward while pressure is applied on the legs for the body scissors.
You should master the Full Nelson and the Body Scissors individually before attempting this move.

Description : The attacker stands behind the victim. The attacker places both their arms under the victim's arms and locks them behind the victim's neck. The attacker provides pressure by pushing down on the victim's neck.
Scissor Lock, Body

Description : The attacker locks their legs around the body of the victim and applies pressure.
