Not a wrestling hold per say, but would be interested to see someone submit because of this hold. The surprising thing about this hold: It's in Wiki :) but it's referred as the testicular claw.

A version of a clawhold in which a wrestler will grab hold of an opponent by the testicles and squeeze. This is an illegal attack mainly used by wrestlers to gain the upper hand on their opponents and is an offense punishable by disqualification if not released before a five count (See also Groin attack).
Groin attack: A groin attack is an attempt to cause pain to the groin area of one's opponent, either through punching, kicking, grappling, squeezing or biting. The technique can be quickly debilitating, due to the large number of sensitive nerve endings in the testicles in male opponents, as well as the vulva in female opponents. Females are more likely to receive permanent injuries from vulvodynia or nerve damage as a result of a groin attack. A groin attack is found painful by both genders, and in some cases can be incapacitating.
