Two characters can perform the bearhug hold, Incineroar is not really a bearhug its his Suplex throw, pause during the Suplex and it will look like a reverse bearhug.
Donkey Kong does a real bearhug that send his opponents flying.(PS: pause to catch the pose)

IIncineroar - Simply Grab and press Back

Donkey Kong - Grab and press Forward to carry opponent, while carrying press Down+A to perform the bearhug.
