Sunday March 16 2025 - EvilDark after 2 years...	Recent matches
I had the honor of receiving a visit from EvilDark (id 1077) from Quebec city. Our last match was in December 2023 in Dominican Republic. Time does fly... Previously, we used to see each other once a season, but now our encounters have been quite a bit more sporadic. A combination of things being in a relationship or dealing with family issues contributed to the widening of this gap. EvilDark himself almost canceled this road trip. Prior to leaving, he slipped on ice and fell. The back of his head hit something. Luckily, after some assessment, he was able to make a decision and drive to Montreal anyway. We took it easy, I lightened my holds, he applied some and we took the time to catch up on our lives. He still has some pretty good scissors... either that or my resistance decreased over time 😅 I explained to him that my top priorities in my life are changing... while the site is still a personal passion of mine, I don't invest as much time as I did before and I spend more time with my loved ones. When life throws you a curved ball, you dodge or you adapt... and sometimes you change a bit. We discussed the possibility of having another trip at a resort in the south eventually. I was projecting more for next year, but recent health developments on his side seems to underline the fact that it should be done this year. That's still to be discussed. 😊
