In the 2020 Ubisoft game Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, if the player character is dealt a finishing blow from a Goliath enemy (a large, unarmed melee archetype), a finishing move (kill move) is performed on the player: the Goliath wraps his arms around the player character, lifting them off the ground in a bearhug that the player character desperately tries to escape from, but is soon incapacitated, before being lowered to the ground—triggering a game over.
